Best Venue for Training Activity in Ortigas
The hotel is strategically located in the heart of Ortigas. It is near our office as well making it an ideal venue for our Annual Training Activity. We had a very positive experience with the function room and the overall service during our training.
Drake Function Room and its Lobby Area was clean, well-maintained, and spacious, creating a comfortable and pleasant environment for our participants. Sadly, the location of our function room made it susceptible to noise from guest from another function room. The crew tried their best to make sure they will inform the guest that there is ongoing training.
The food was more than enough for everyone, and the taste and quality were very good. We enjoyed this so much, specially the cookies during our last training day. :)
We would also like to commend the excellent service provided by the crew, particularly Capt. Jong, Sir March, Miss Mary, and Sir Duff (from first day). Despite the unexpected circumstances caused by the flooding, the team remained accommodating and attentive to our needs.
The coordination and support from the Sales Team were also very good, particularly Miss Mika and Sir Patrick. They visited us prior to the start of the event to check if everything was in order and to make sure that our requirements were properly addressed.
Overall, we were very satisfied with the venue, food, service, and coordination. We will definitely come back for our next training and would be happy to recommend the venue to others.
Thank you to the entire team for helping make our training a smooth and successful event!

Great hote. Perfect location. Amazing staff.
Great stay and will definitely come back. Our rooms were very spacious and comfy. Breakfast can be improved. But the best was the staff, special mention to steven of front desk for the very kind, caring and genuine assistance. He is a gem made our stay truly special.

Great hotel with the most wonderful staff!
This is always our FAVORITE place to stay in Manila. Very nice spacious rooms at VERY reasonable prices.
Across the street from one of our favorite places for shopping, "The Podium". BUT the main reason we come here is because of the wonderful staff, especially in the 5th floor restaurant: Catherine, Mary, Tom, and Jonathan. Very happy to see Melvin at the front desk still!

Always a great experience, the staff is always very professional and they treat me like a celebrity. Anyone who stays here will not be disappointed. I'm looking forward to my next stay at the Discovery.
