Birthday weekend staycation
High value hotel with class-A atmosphere surrounded by warm and friendly staff. Our stay at the hotel was well spent, the room was pristine with an overlooking view of Manila Bay.

alright
just reviewing their resto here... cozy, and right across from the loobby... staff were attentive and make your visit a pleasure..
buffet items however are really limited and in the case of seafood,not really fresh-tasting.. from the carving station, the beef was pretty tasty. other items/dishes fairly standard, dessert jsut fine.. so not really makin it to a 5-star category. ur better off at Niu Podium or the Heat at Shang (no comparison there) for buffet bits.
thier health/spa center, found their massage so- so.. maybe it's the masseuse assigned to me :( facilities were great but we want a good massage no?

Diamond Hotel Experience/Review
Indeed a 5-star experience and ambiance.
Location is nice with nearby Manila bay which you can request a manila bag view from your room. However, limited supermarket or convenience stores nearby, barely nothing around especially if you will need to buy anything from Pharmacy, supermarket, or convenience stores, there’s nothing nearby and limited food outlets outside unless you will be going to Mall of Asia.
Room is spacious and they were able to grant my request for connecting room, very clean and nothing defective from the Deluxe room we got. One downside is their Television is not smart TV so we could not connect our netflix and though they have cable but I prefer to watch netflix.
Also affordable rate especially we availed rhe Rainy Day promo which we got 5-star service, though I have notice sometimes there’s long wait time from Diamond Service Center when you request something for example, a water refill which we experience 30minutes wait before our water gets refilled in the room and we had to follow up.
Pretty quiet and comfortable stay we have.
