Good building
Good building with pretty decent facilities. Security is pretty good but a little too over the top sometimes but just doing their job. Location is great as well. Choose wisely if going through Airbnb here, I try to avoid the affects and go with the individuals personally managing their unit.

I am living here as a tenant. The management rules are imbarasing, the concierge and the guards service is insulting.
I rented a unit here and they are refuse to give me an access card because I don't have a 1 year visa although I have a question year contract with the owners . Just to be clear, I am a company worker and the visa process take long time here in the Philippines. During the pandemic the Philippines been lockdown for 3 months, the process took longer time with the immigration. They didn't want to give me a normal access card to the elevator to go to my unit even though I have an annual contract with the unit owner. Everything I am going to the office the refused to give me access card and asking me to go to the guards to assist me. Today when I want to move out they are claiming that everyone I used the guard assistant it cost me 10$. In total they ask me to pay about 100 $ fine, just because I used the guards assistant to go to my unit that I paying for it every month, my home, because they don't giving me access caes because my Visa taking long time due to the pandemic.
They are just looking for make money, giving you violations, penalties for things you didn't do.

We hated this place
After battling the manilla traffic we eventually arrived at the hotel for our 2 night stay around 12 noon.
Book in was 2pm and staff were at lunch.
We took a walk around the area and found manilla is 99% smoking free but at the side of the hotel a a small designated area
At 2pm we were greeted by the representative Anne who was extremely helpful and polite.
We were asked for an additional ph350 for a lift pass which We refused to pay.
We were taken to our room on the 53 floor and the views were all over manilla and the river.
The apartment has a good bathroom and kitchen area but unfortunately the bed is a cheap low level thin mattress type and the sofa a fold up type .
Both these items if better quality would give some quality to the room.
We went to the pool and found the water is freezing cold, there is no sunlight and whilst the building is a half circle there is an additional building of same height being built on each side that now just leaves a central gap - quiet honestly the pool is of no use or relevance and would benefit being filled in.
The pool area is like the rest of the building also strictly no smoking, so it’s hardly a place to relax while you sit in the cold shaded area.
We left the pool and took clothes to the laundry.
The laundry wanted ph90 per item and 48 hours or double for express 24 hour clean.
As we had paid ph198 for wash and press 20 items in our previous hotel, you will understand my disappointment.
At 3.30pm we booked a taxi to the airport and changed our flight to Palawan.
We didn’t spend a night in the hotel
Hopefully We never need to return to makati.

Security are a nightmare
The place is extremely busy, the maintenance is terrible, with lifts out of order etc.
When u arrive you have to get a security pass and during our stay they insisted that my wife and I both had to have a pass. P3K deposit plus P350, absolute joke.

Avoid Siglo Suites and Knightsbridge Residences. DO NOT USE SIGLO SUITES
A start to finish poor visit to the Knightsbridge Residences.
Siglo suites are the company that provide the room and who you book and pay for the accommodation through. They have a poor attitude and are slow to ensure that issues are dealt with. The shower/ hot water did not work for the first three days and it took them that long to fix it.
The real insult with taking this room was that I was charged for damage by Siglo suites that I did not cause. The cleaners put a burnt sheet on the bed which had an iron burn on it. I did notice it but wasn’t worried as it was clean. I was charged for this and a damaged mattress. I have since found out that this is a standard practice of Siglo suites as they want to keep all deposits to split umongst themselves. Avoid this company at all costs.
The location is close to shops ( century mall) but there are building sites surrounding the property which are noisy and dusty.
The room facilities were average which a damaged ironing board and poor cooking utensils. The tv did work well however and the once a week clean was done well and efficiently.
In summary I would not stay there again or use Siglo suites services and would not recommend it/ them.
