Family Trip with senior mom & 12year old niece

After a thorough search for a property that will fit our senior Mom's convenience, we found your property.
Hotel employees were all responsive enough to all my inquiries. From online to frontdesk inquiries.
Booked 1 standard room & 1 family
✅️Lift is available, which is the main reason why we chose your property for our senior mother
✅️Whole property was clean and free from any unlikely odor
✅️Reasonable room rates with buffet breakfast
✅️Providing a reusable clean glass bottle for drinking water is perfect plus water & ice cubes refilling station
✅️Plenty of parking space
✅️Shower heater at the Standard Room was not working but not an issue
✅️It would be great to have a netlfix option too for the Standard Room
Overall, my family enjoyed the overnight stay. Will definitely come back for our next Albay trip.

Staff friendly

Staff friendly and helpful and a good location for most things.
One the not so good!
Room 310has ants coming through a small hole by the window, our first breakfast there was no bread or fruit available, our second breakfast we had a staff member using a industrial hover at 8.30 am while we were eating breakfast.
The back ground music in the lobby is quite loud and the bar has very limited drinks choices.

不知道是不是旅游淡季，感觉服务不是很好。正常入住时间是14点，因为航班的关系，提前入住了。虽然酒店让我们入住了，但是并没有告知要额外收费，直到办理退房的时候才多收了600比索。而且房间每一天都没有打扫。
