Very good hostel!
Ilakai Hostel was a nice place to stay. They arranged a motorbike for us, allowing us to explore the rest of the island beyond General Luna (which is awesome!). The hostel has a typical vibe where you can meet people from all around the world, and there is a nice patio for socializing. Our room was clean, the bed was comfy, and the air conditioning worked perfectly.

cheaper compared to other accommodations of the same type; not flashy but very cozy and peaceful. location is near attractions and nice restaurants.

The main complaint is about the dogs that bark all night long and they’re very violent and aggressive dogs that are so loud that they wake you up all night long!!! Also the room that’s upstairs has no bathroom so you have to walk all the way down and around just to take a pee in the middle of the night
