Clean room,nice staffs and owner,food is great and very quiet and cozy location.
I will definitely recommend this to somebody esp.if your first time is Siargao.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel from start to finish. The staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Check-in was quick and hassle-free, and I immediately felt at home. The room was spotless, well-appointed, and very comfortable. The bed was especially cozy, and the linens were fresh and high-quality. What really stood out was the attention to detail and genuine care from the entire team. It’s clear they prioritize guest satisfaction.

Cozy, Relaxing, super friendly Hotel

We stayed 5 days at Casa Basa, General Luna, Siargao! We had a wonderful experience with Lin & Ralf and the very helpful and friendly, staff.
Home away from Home!!
Casa Basa itself is stylish, clean and with solar power and generators always with electricity /air con. The Hotel is a bit outside from General Luna; this, together with the new swimming pool adds to the relaxing experience. With a short scooter or Tuk Tuk in ride you are in General Luna with nice restaurants and buzzing nightlife!

First off...Mitch was an absolute top notch host! Very accommodating and a wealth of knowledge for us 1st time travelers to Siargao! The grounds were beautiful, well kept and relaxing finishes! There was a little construction going on next door but it didn't bother is much. The location is about 5 minutes tuk tuk ride to General Luna city center where you'll find LOTS of shops, restaurants, bars, wellness centers etc! Book your stay with Mitch at Casa Basa, enjoy Siargao by day and a relaxing swim in their new pool during the evening hours! You'll enjoy your accommodations without a doubt! =)

We had a positive experience in Casa Basa. The first time we got to the place, the owners and the staff welcomed us with a great smile. On the very first day, they made us feel loved and we deeply felt the sense of belonging. Thank you for everything.
