Good location

Good location, close to all the action. Good hot shower and aircon was cold although a little noisy. Water available on each floor.
Staff weren't helpful at all. The managers ( I guess) just sat outside all day on their phones.
Our room wasn't cleaned or serviced at all even though it states it will be serviced the 2nd day after check in.
The roof top area is abandoned and staff were just sleeping up there.
Also if you have mobility issues there are only stairs.
For the price we paid it was fine as El Nido can be pretty expensive.
