The staff is always great, the chef provided me with a special dish. The front desk staff always remembers me. This is my go to place whenever I am in Davao.

The side and under the sink had mold. I told them about it, they cleaned it but the mold was still there. My kids and I got sick. We were coughing and had an asthma attack.
The location of the hotel is great but that’s all.

The room is clean, but their standard or deluxe room has less space. The staff are nice and polite.

Room was clean. Staff was quick and courteous even if called late. Good wifi and cable tv.

Some niggles but good overall

Wife and I had a junior suite for 2 nights and overall it was great.
Specific good points: comfy beds, nice bathroom, mostly quiet (5th floor), wonderful breakfast, nice pool (though pool is accessed via lots of steps with no lift), helpful staff.
Specific bad points: everything in the room is controlled by confusing touchpads, pillows are too thick, lack of storage (no drawers anywhere). Was pestered to complete a marketing survey while trying to eat breakfast - nobody wants that.
But overall a decent option in the Ecoland area of Davao.
