Unpleasant
Reception took a photo on her personal phone of my ID and asked me to sign given a room key .
5 that morning was woken by a group of people singing down the corridor was told its wedding guests . While sitting on the balcony the same morning as the staff arriving to work in company vehicles - one member shouted hello are you ok . Then proceeded to take a leak on the van in front of us . Cleaners start around 5:30-6am on floors and are not quiet while moving around rooms . I complained and the manager came to the room but I have no feedback in the 4 days we was here . Personally I never stay here again as staff need training correctly in hospitality . I had little sleep and we was woken every morning by room service taking and dropping things 5/6 am onwards . Rooms are tired and towels given are in need of replacement .
