If you have no other chances, this is a bedroom and a bathroom. Picture are not updated

Picture can be real, but everything it's much older than it looks there. I was tempted to leave, but for one night I resisted. The beds are broken in many parts, you can cut yourself with some of those parts. Cleaningness of bed linen is questionable, bathroom is also between acceptable and unacceptable...

Gplace spoiled my trip to Cebu

A couple photos of the best room, lure victims to this place. There is a thin veneer of politeness, hiding bad management with no concern for the guest's well being. The only concern is money.
First you will be offered a room with no window, or with a window looking onto a wall. To get a better room you must pay extra. And on weekends you must pay extra; and so on and so forth.
The bathrooms stink to the point where you are trying to cover drains with plastic bags to try in vein to stop the smell. The water pressure in the shower was really poor; almost impossible to bathe with. The bathrooms also contain delightful healthy cockroaches.
The passages in the building are like the bowels of a factory, lined with dozens of strange meters and full of hot air from the exhausts of the aircon units of the windowless rooms. That hot air outside your door raises the temperature of your room which you must try to fend off using the antique air-conditioner provided.
The passages are also frequently sprayed and drenched with insecticides which seem to enter into your room however hard you may try to block it by placing towels up against the door etc.
The rooms come with a couple sachets of coffee but not even a kettle or a little bottle of water. You are expected to go into the passages to find a creepy water dispenser which requires you to insert money to retrieve what is presumably water which is not safe for human consumption and not hot enough to make good coffee.
