First timer and stunned ✨

First time here, joining my sister’s company’s (CTC BPO) summer outing. Very amazed with the overall experience. The whole resort is spacious, relaxing, and clean. Not to mention, the staffs are courteous and accommodating.

Nice Resort and exceptional Staff

My wife and I stayed at this resort for 5 days and we were not disappointed. The facility and our room were very clean and well maintained. We did eat at the restaurants a few times and found the food and service to be very good. Unfortunately I had a medical situation in the lobby of the resort but the staff were very quick to assist me. The nurse at this resort was called immediately and there within minutes. The other staff that were also in attendance provided me with the comfort and care that I can only describe as exceptional. Fortunately the situation was not critical and I was able to enjoy the remainder of my time there without any further problems. I want to thank all of the staff at the Dusit Thani Mactan Resort for their exceptional service and their assistance in my time of need. I have stayed at many hotels and resorts in the Cebu/Mactan area over the 15 years I have been going there and I would rate the staff here as one of the best I have encountered. On the day we were leaving the resort, it was my wife's Birthday and the resort presented my wife with a bouquet of red roses and a very nice cake. I believe the name of the Manager/Supervisor who presented the flowers and cake to my wife was Ruby. (I apologize if this is the wrong name but you know who you are) Ruby was very professional with the presentation and also cared enough about my well being to offer me any further medical assistance if I needed it. I will not hesitate at all to come back here and I would highly recommend this resort to anyone. Thank you once again to all the staff and Management at this resort. You provided a service that made our stay there memorable. GREAT JOB EVERYONE!
