The room was okay until I noticed small mouse roaming around.
My husband finds trash still in the bin
Lime scale are found on the showerhead and faucet
I develop allergic rhinitis overnight
Bed is comfy
With electric kettle
No coffee amenities

The room is very old, it needs renovation. It feels like you are in a hospital. The furnitures are old and the bedside lamp is falling apart. The carpet is also worn out and with stains. The bed is not comfortable to sleep in. There is also a bad smell inside the room. The drain in the sink is also clogging.
I will not recommend to others specially to elderly since they do not have elevetor.
Breakfast is okey but need to go to the other building.

Hotel Supreme, Baguio City – A Mix of Warm Service and Missed Expectations
I booked my stay through the Trip app, but unfortunately, the room I was given looked noticeably different from the photos advertised. That initial mismatch was a letdown.
On the bright side, the hotel is in a very accessible location—right next to the main road, making it easy to get around the city. The hotel staff were genuinely warm and accommodating, which helped ease the initial disappointment.
However, the hotel itself shows signs of age. There’s a noticeable musty odor that lingers, a clear sign that the facilities could use some updates. There's no complimentary coffee, and if you need drinking water, you'll have to leave your room and fetch it from a dispenser in the corridor—not the most convenient setup.
Overall, it’s a decent place if you prioritize location and friendly staff, but be prepared to manage your expectations when it comes to the amenities and the actual room experience.
