Spacious room, Good location, Filthy Bathroom.

PROS: Location of the hotel is perfect. Many restaurants and bars around. Away from the main road so it's quiet plus a good view from the hallway. Drinking water available in the lobby for free. Room was spacious and staff were polite.
CONS: The bathroom (bath tub in particular) was filthy. There were so many stains that it felt dirty just entering the bathroom. Many cockroaches in the room as well.
Water heater in the shower is complicated to use and is a bit hit and miss. You never know when it switches off after 3 mins or 5 mins, that is if you get it working in the first place.
WiFi password was not given so not sure if it's available or not.
