Excellent service

I loved everything, enjoyed every moment, all its facilities are very nice, 100% recommended, all the people who work at the hotel are very friendly and respectful, my partner and I enjoyed those days a lot, thank you very much, we went to celebrate my partner's birthday and had a beautiful time ❤️

Disappointment

They have much to improve. We stayed 7 nights. Breakfast is abysmal, they give you a juice and a coffee essence that reaches 1 cup per person, they do not proactively offer something for children. You can choose between 2 eggs, palta or 2 slices of sandwich ham with 2 loaves per person. That's it. I mentioned it and at the end of my stay they offered 1 sachet of butter or jam... The worst part is the attention of the restaurant people, they definitely need someone to coach them. They run back and forth and forget everything that is asked of them, making the wait for guests eternal. We even saw people set up and clean their own tables so we could eat and we did too. The day of arrival we were given 1 welcome drink and we were 3 people. The room had mushrooms on the ceiling of the bathroom, a fan hanging toward the floor that served no purpose, gum stuck on a wall next to the bed and the water did not come out warm. 2 times we arrived in the afternoon and the room was not made. The power was cut 2 days in a row by heavy rains and the hotel was without power all day, they gave it by generator at 7 p.m. when a formal solution was requested. For 2 nights a group was received who completely took over the pool drinking alcohol with glasses inside, music with loud speakers until late. Nothing in the market is priceless. There are some people who tend very ungainly. I thank Anthony for trying to work things out at the end of our stay, but I comment on what happened so that they feel they should prepare well to welcome tourists and improve. We're not coming back.

Amazing hotel with really friendly staff

Prim Hotel Vichayito was above and beyond our expectations. Carlos is so friendly and informative and treats guests like family - nothing is ever a problem! The rest of the staff are so lovely and welcoming as well. The room is beautiful and modern with air conditioning that works really well. The pool are is lovely and the view from the restaurant is amazing. The market below is really convenient and has everything you need for a beach holiday! I would 10000% return and we even extended our trip a few days because we loved the hotel so much!!
