Fantastic service and hospitality

I basically never write reviews for places but this hotel is exceptional. The host goes above and beyond what you ask or is even promised ( bringing me tea without asking when he noticed I had a cough) and allowing me to leave luggage in the building during a day after I stayed there. The food in the cafe is excellent, the gallery downstairs is a very nice touch, and the rooms are comfortable, safe, clean, and private. The bathroom has great water pressure in the shower and infinite hot water. There are at least a thousand other great things to say about the hotel but you should just stay there yourself.

A charm of place

I was in that beautiful little oasis in Urubamba. The rooms super well thought out and cared for in detail, clean and very comfortable. Nights in the rooms became more pleasant even than at home. And breakfast.... Amazing and delicious. Who knows about coffees, aromas and the good art of eating recommended 100%. The attention of Juan Carlos and Charlotte has been wonderful. Surely next time I will go back to that same place and recommend it to anyone who is encouraged to go to Urubamba or who is passing through.

French perfection in Urubamba

We had the loveliest stay at La Maison Samai. Charlotte and Juan Carlos are so attentive to every detail and they are wonderful hosts. The rooms are comfortable and the bed linens are crisp and fresh. The breakfast is out of this world! I have never had a more colorful and delicious fruit salad. The coffee is perfect. Stay here!!!

Superb stay at La Maison Samaï!

Adorable Welcoming of the owners of La Maison Samaï!
The room we were in was very nice and very clean. The bedding is wonderful. The toilet towels are super thick and it is very appreciable. There is hot water 24 hours a day. And lots of little details to make sure our stay is perfect!
We highly recommend this place.
