Nice rooms. Complimentary breakfast was very simple. The biggest challenge is that it was quite noisy. We were on the second floor near the front of the hotel. Potentially quieter on other floors? Location very convenient for exploring Urubamba

Very clean. The area is a little scary looking but it’s extremely safe. Breakfast could have a little more variety. Staff extremely helpful.
If u are there just to sleep, then it’s perfect. Walking distance to amazing restaurants

Good hotel needs inprovement

The staff are very good at this hotel , it is in a great location , however a few things could be better
The floor in the room was very dusty .
The lock on the door was very fiddly and quite insecure .
No room safe which is a basic requirement .
Bed was very small for 2 people
Breakfast very basic but ok
Having said all that these are only small things that can be fixed and I am sure the owner will deal with them if he reads this
We were a group of 12 people with exotica .

We had a member of our party who had a problem with altitude sickness and the hotel owner was exceptional took great care of her with oxygen .
Not really a bad hotel just needs to change a couple of things to make it an exceptional hotel .

Great cozy little hotel.

Great little hotel. Cozy. Nice bed and bathroom. Very friendly front desk receptionist. Ivan and Jairo were fantastic and very friendlly. There is a nice restaurant around the corner.

If Urubamba is the destination to stay before Macchu Picchu, this hotel location is great. Easy walk distance to local market and plaza. Many local restaurant around. The front desk personnels really helpful to share information such as where to eat. The value is reasonable. The room, the bed, and the bathroom is acceptable and comfortable.
