The speed issue needs to be improved and the bartender's attention was not the best. We ordered a drink and it took more than 40 minutes to prepare. And the other day it also took a long time. They should improve on that. Then the hotel itself is the best, all its facilities A1

A hotel with good infrastructure but they do not control the people who enter the hotel, in the middle of the hotel I saw a person who urinated in the kitchen and said spoiled things and to obscene signs Mr. kingteka smeared the guarantee of the hotel

New hotel in Tarapoto with all the comforts.

Very good hotel located in the Shilcayo area near the center of Tarapoto. It is a new hotel, all its facilities are almost brand new, it has a swimming pool on the first floor and the last. The rooms are comfortable with air conditioning and large bathrooms. The staff is very attentive in all areas, especially the ladies at the reception. They have transportation to and from the airport.
