I don't recommend this hotel, they don't serve breakfast, they don't even provide toilet paper (you need to buy at the market if you want to use), awful service.

Hotel with comfortable rooms

The hotel Libélula is located in a quiet place, approximately three blocks from the Plaza de Armas. It has comfortable rooms and air conditioning. The staff is friendly.
