Bellos ambientes, cómodo y amable

El hotel es limpuo, lindo y tranquilo, el personal es super amable y presto a ayudar en todo lo que necesites. La piscina es precisa! El arte de las paredes es lo que más me gusto.

Comfortable

Let me see where I can start, there is no hot water for showers and its noisy at times especially near the pool. The staff is great and does their best to accomodate you as best they can. People spend all hours after hours making noise and only whennyou ask for help from thebstaff, they take of it. Overall, this place is a good bargain and the food is good even though they can improve on their egg and bread breakfast.

Could be better ...

There were a lot of road construction around so I guess it affected all hotel operation.
Room was OK but the 2nd floor of hotel is unfinished so there was a lot of dust everywhere. Breakfast is included in the the room rate but there is not much choice.
WIFI is very slow and now reliable.
People working in hotel were very nice and kind.

first and last trip to pucallpa

customer service at best is mediocre. someone in the staff went into my room and stole some items including my medicine. they all denied it. i stayed for one night and they charged me for two days. i spoke to the owner and he says they never steal. do not eat anything sold at roadsides. most of the food is rotten. people will try to rip you off. the only good thing about pucallpa was my driver. he did help me going around town and took me to a nicer place.

Estafa

Es una estafa. Dice ser pet friendly pero no lo es. Mencionan en el aplicativo que si es, pero cuando uno se acerca le dicen que no lo es. Por lo tanto es una estafa al consumidor.
No es recomendable
Es una pérdida de tiempo que pongan ser perfecto friendly y a la hora de llegar no lo es.
