Lovely hotel off the beaten path!
My partner and I stayed here for several days during our visit to Arequipa. This hotel is set back from the noisier roads in the city, and is clean, quiet, and nicely appointed. Our room had a large television, wardrobe, big comfy chair, and a shower. WiFi internet is also provided. There is a light complimentary breakfast offered, a nice touch.
The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. As is typical for smaller hotels in this area, we left our room key with the front desk when we left to go out, and picked it back up when we returned to the hotel. Late returns to the hotel were not a problem.
I would love to stay here again the next time I'm in Arequipa. It's a little bit far from tourist destinations, but taxi rides to the center of the city are very affordable.

Great stay!
This is such a great little hotel. The two brothers who own and operate the B&B thoroughly understand the meaning of keeping their guests happy and made us feel so welcome! Prior to our arrival, email correspondence was easy and excellent. One of the owners, Jose, who speaks near perfect English, met us at the bus to bring us to the hotel (the other brother is Antonio). We arrived at 9 in the morning, but our room was ready for us.
Beds were super comfortable - one of the best sleeps we had during our two-week stay in Peru. Lots of hot water. Good breakfast. The owners kept our luggage for us while we went on a Colca Canyon tour, and then, upon our return, Jose took us to the bus station for the next leg of our trip.
The B&B is not in the downtown area, but taxis are inexpensive and readily available, and it's only a 15 minute ride - the hospitality we received, and the comfort of the room, more than made up for it. The B&B is a short walk from a very large mall (Aventura).
We would happily stay here again.

Absolutely Gorgeous! I would go out of my way to stay here!
We stayed here while we were in Arequipa and it was so gorgeous!!
The guys who own this place were fantastic, they went above and beyond to be helpful.
The place was impecably clean, modern, and very very comfortable!! We had a room for 3 with a private bathroom.
The breakfast was delicious and the breakfast area was nice and clean.
While we were there, my friends Credit cards/debit cards were blocked by the banks, and the owners let us use their personal cell phones to call LONG DISTANCE to CANADA to get the cards fixed!! (and we had already paid for the room in cash, so it's not like they had to help us fix our cards to get paid...) So amazing.
There was also a computer available for internet use, which was nice too.
The only thing that could have been better was the water pressure, it was a little weak, but the temperature (hot water) was great.

Our Best Accomodation in Peru!!!
We stayed at the Casa Villa for three days, two ahead of a trek in the Colca Canyon and one day afterwards. The B&B was exceptional (boutique hotel quality): large rooms, modern bathrooms...rooftop "terrace" for the view (and a brown bag brew). The two brothers who own and operate the B&B (Jose & Antonio) were extremely helpful: pick-up and drop off at bus station, advice on sites and restaurants, no-charge for a room we'd booked for overnight bus recovery, plus gave us a no charge upgrade as better rooms were open, up uber early when we headed out on Colca trek at 4 a.m., stored our excess baggage for three day, etc. Can't say enough about their service. Hotel is away from the tourist sites but taxis are easy to get and inexpensive so not an issue. Although close to a main drag, the rooms were quiet so no problem sleeping, For things you forgot to bring, the hotel is a 10 minute walk from the Aventura Mall (you'll think you were dropped into a high end NAm mall) and there are some decent restaurants believe it or not. And a good breakfast. Would stay again in a flash.

Great service, nice rooms - a little far from the centre
José waited at the bus stand for 2 hours to pick me up in person since I was traveling alone and the bus was very late. That was unexpected...and this standard of service continued through the 3 nights I stayed at this very contemporary B&B. The rooms are very nice and comfortable and the neighborhood is fairly quiet. Fantastic value for money.
The only negative is that it is a bit far from the Plaza de Armas and other places of interest and I faced some difficulty in getting a taxi back to the hotel each day. They would either refuse outright or quote a high price. However, each day, I did manage to get one after 4-5 tries.
