A unique experience in an unforgettable hotel

Hello, good morning, we have loved this great hotel, it is the second time we have stayed here and we truly already miss it as we leave, but we have felt better than at home, our mothers have been super excited and super comfortable. In fact, we are leaving with tears in our eyes for leaving this great hotel in the hands of such exceptional workers, starting with the cleaning staff. To the people at the front desk, everyone was very kind. And it really is a unique experience for me to feel supported by each one of you in this great country. I have no words to describe how good we have felt. In fact, I am at a loss for words and sometimes I don't even know what I am writing because there is no meaning in a dictionary to give a collaboration to this and to this exceptional work team, excuse me for repeating so many words. I am writing this, it is 1:28 in the morning, I am already returning to my country and before that I wanted to leave a few words for this work team. Thank you very much.

Silver Wedding celebrstiln

Our stay at the JW Marriott Hotel in Miraflores, Perú, was truly wonderful. We celebrated our silver wedding anniversary, and the staff made us feel very special with thoughtful touches including a small cake, a bottle of wine, macarons, and complimentary cocktails.
Our room was extremely comfortable, featuring spectacular ocean views and a large bathtub, which made our stay even more relaxing. The buffet breakfast was also sensational, with an excellent selection.
We enjoyed the hotel so much that we invited our family for a buffet lunch the next day, which was delicious and offered a great variety of both Peruvian and international dishes.
The only minor disappointment was the early check-in process. We were told we would be called when our room was ready, but unfortunately we never received a call. However,
we were offered a midday check out.
Overall, a fantastic stay and a memorable celebration—we would happily return. I highly recommend this hotel.

Get a room on the club level!

Stayed at this hotel for a few nights while on a family vacation in Lima. The rooms have gorgeous views of the city or ocean and are very spacious and clean. We stayed on the club level which had a great lounge with meals, snacks and beverages throughout the day, and the service and staff were fantastic. The location was also perfect for exploring locally. Would definitely recommend and return.

Charging has no limit .

Just paid $ 110 CDN for a Margarita and a Vodka Martini . Taxi to airport from them is
$ 60 US versus $ 15 if you book an Uber . This place takes gouging to a new level . Beware unless you don’t care .

Exceptional Service and a Memorable Stay in Lima

We typically gravitate toward boutique hotels when traveling, but the JW Marriott Lima changed our perspective. From start to finish, the experience was excellent.
Before our arrival, the concierge team was incredibly helpful in assisting with restaurant reservations, transportation, and activity planning. Our airport pickup in Lima went smoothly, and upon arrival, we were delighted to find our ocean-view room ready, complete with a thoughtful anniversary welcome.
The room was spacious, beautifully appointed, and very comfortable. Breakfast each morning was abundant and delicious, with a wonderful variety of local fruits and Peruvian flavors. Most of all, the staff throughout the hotel were warm, professional, and genuinely attentive.
The location is also excellent, with very easy access to Barranco thanks to the newer bridge connection—it’s about a 10–15 minute leisurely walk along the coast.
We stayed three nights and are already missing our time there.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. The JW Marriott Lima announces room remodeling until October 31st, 2024. There may be work perceived from 08:00 to 18:00. Hotel operation will not be affected. Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee. Foreign business travelers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation. The third person in all room types will have a charge of USD 90.

In accordance with local tax laws, Peruvian citizens, foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru, and foreign business travelers who require a printed invoice must pay an additional fee of 18%. Foreign guests not in any of the aforementioned categories can provide a copy of their immigration card and passport to waive the 18% additional fee (IVA).
