Recommended hotel in a safe and quiet neighborhood

Excellent location in the Miraflores neighborhood. There are several good restaurants nearby.
The hotel is new, and the rooms are well-furnished; everything is very clean and modern. Perfect bathroom, excellent shower.
The breakfast is also very good.
The staff is very kind and helpful.
I spent only one night (my last of a tour in the Andes) in this hotel, and around 10:00 PM, I tried to check in online for my flight the next day. Unfortunately, the wifi was not working. I notified the front desk, and they arrived promptly (despite the hour) to check, and shortly after, an employee came with a ladder to reach the ceiling and fix the problem (the router on the ceiling of the room had been turned off by someone before my arrival). I really appreciated this efficient service!

Decent hotel.

Clean hotel, spacious room with bathroom. Bring 1 shower gel because there is only a bar of soap and 1 small tube of shampoo.
Decent buffet breakfast with a limited selection.
Pleasant staff who make the effort to speak English.

A very quick five hour sleep stop in transit through Lima, this hotel worked just fine. My only complaint was even though they offered a free coffee station they wouldn’t let me put milk in my coffee (without charging a fee)! and they had no lids that fit the coffee cups. Otherwise, highly recommend for convenient location.

Everything was great! The check in and check out was easy and smoothly. The staff is really friendly and polite. Breakfast was excellent and the hotel is located near to everything I needed. I’ll stay at Arawi again next time and I’ll recommend this place to my friends and family.

Excellence and kindness

The best I recommend 100%. The receptionists are very friendly and gentle and provide all the information they are asked for. It only took since I got information about the scammers on the street. Guests need to be advised. But everyone's work is excellent. You feel at home and very cared for and protected. I recommend them 100%
