Lovely boutique hotel close to the centre

We stayed at this lovely hotel 3 nights before our Inca Trail and 2 nights after we returned. Great location, just 2 mins from the main square, and there is a really good Pizza place almost opposite. Staff very friendly, especially the evening receptionist lady. Breakfast was plenty and we got packed breakfast when we went on day trips. Our room was on the 4th floor with a small kitchen and amazing views over the rooftops. There is a safe in the room, but you need to ask for a key at the reception, we had an issue with the water once, but it was fixed in about 10mins. After returning from the Inca Trail they arranged for a laundry wash which came back the same day in the evening which was great. Would have been great to have some english speaking TV channels, but wasn’t a big issue. We would definitely recommend this hotel if you go to Cusco.

BEST HOTEL IN CUSCO

Cleanliness, hospitality, safety, an abundant breakfast, and hot drinks available 24/7. New rooms and very comfortable mattresses. Quiet and peaceful. Oxygen available at reception 24/7 in case of altitude sickness. That alone would be enough to make MOAF in Cusco one of the best choices possible.
But that’s not all.
I have traveled through dozens of countries and stayed in countless hotels. I have never found a place where I felt as at home as I did here during these 5 days and nights.
Shirley, Jasmin, Juan Pablo, and the entire staff are true professionals, and we will genuinely miss them. The hotel owners should hold on tight to them because they are truly special.
You are the best. Thank you for everything!
Limpieza, hospitalidad, seguridad, un desayuno abundante y bebidas calientes disponibles las 24 horas. Habitaciones nuevas y colchones muy cómodos. Silencioso y tranquilo. Oxígeno disponible en recepción las 24 horas en caso de mal de altura. Solo eso bastaría para hacer del MOAF en Cusco una de las mejores opciones posibles.
Pero eso no es todo.
He viajado por decenas de países y me he alojado en innumerables hoteles. Nunca había encontrado un lugar donde me sintiera tan en casa como aquí durante estos 5 días y noches.
Shirley, Jasmin, Juan Pablo y todo el personal son verdaderos profesionales, y realmente los vamos a extrañar. Los propietarios del hotel deberían valorar muchísimo a este equipo porque son personas especiales.
Son los mejores. ¡Gracias por todo!

Great value hotel

We stayed at MOAF after our Machu Picchu trek and the staff were so accommodating before and after - they let us keep our bags there before our trek and answered all of our questions. A special shout out to Shirley and Jasmine for being so lovely and informative throughout our stay. The rooms are lovely however we were on the bottom floor and it was very loud above us - earplugs are definitely needed for a peaceful night. The courtyard area is pretty though and the dining room is comfortable for breakfast - they let you take breakfast with you if you have an early flight as well. A really short walk to Plaza de Armas and a 10 minute walk to San Pedro market. Would definitely stay here again!

I only stayed here one night, but really enjoyed my visit. Very friendly staff at the front desk, a nice ambience, and very centrally located.

Exceptional experience at MOAF Cusco Boutique Hotel

MOAF Cusco Boutique Hotel was exceptional for a variety of reasons. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had great views. Breakfast was delicious in the beautiful dining room. However, the staff always went above and beyond in every way. When we arrived on an early morning Peru Hop bus, MOAF got our room ready before 10am, while we ate breakfast. When we left for one night on a Machu Picchu expedition, MOAF held onto our luggage and even already had it waiting in our new room when we checked back in. When my wife felt under the weather and we wanted to extend our room, not only were they able to accommodate but they did not charge us for a whole new day. Centrally located but tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Cusco, staying at MOAF is an excellent choice.
