The room is clean.
The lady in the front desk was exceptional and so with the kitchen staff. Breakfast was good too. Very happy with the experience especially that the price is very minimal

Bait and switch

I booked this hotel far in advance and confirmed the reservation. The reserved room had a nice view. They bait and switched my room, putting me in a back room overlooking a small alley with gas and industrial cannisters. I had to switch hotels at a much higher cost. Shame on these people. They broke trust, false advertising.

Beautiful hotel located a few mins away from plaza de armas. Staff was extremely attentive. We loved our stay here.

Nice location, I asked for a top floor room after reading comments and the lady at the front desk was very helpful (even with my poor Spanish skills)! Rooms was great, shower hot and good pressure. Nice comfy beds! They knew me by my name by the time I left, lovely small hotel!

Nice Hotel and First-rate Service!

Kokoa Hotel is the perfect choice for a stay in Cusco. I would put the Service first. The fine attention of Edwin, Evelyn and the rest of the staff makes us always feel in Kokoa as if it were our home. They are always ready to assist us in everything and provide us with a full and delicious breakfast every morning. As for the hotel itself, each element is of optimal quality and following international standards. The rooms are very comfortable and the bathrooms very nice and without problems, with a very nice and sober decoration. Finally, the location could not be better: two blocks from the Plaza de Armas, but without the noise of the street.
Always grateful for Kokoa's Service.
