Very good hostel! It has everything you need

Very good facilities, the place is super friendly staff, very safe, the beds have a locker and private curtains, which is the good thing, it has a kitchen to use and a nice terrace, it has several rooms and it is close to the Plaza de Armas. I recommend this establishment!

Horrible Experience Ever

I stay 2 nights the volunteers don't have respect with the guest.
The room is not clean and the toilet is horrible the shower is have double tape and the cable outside
The television don't have remote control
The volunteers drink my beer without any permission. The breakfast is very basic.
I need to check out early 2am cause need to going to Machu Picchu but the volunteers still talking and laughing a lot until 1am so I can't sleep well
Alfredo you have poor management with your property.

Nothing safe, personal integrity at risk at risk and without the slightest consideration.

Alfredo, the main contact, did not respect the previous coordination. They offered a rate with breakfast included and then upon arrival, they indicated that it was at an extra cost.
The facilities were dirty (some rooms) but most importantly, we urgently had to move to a different accommodation so that even if it did not offer security. A drunk man walks into the hotel, uses the bathroom, and then leaves. When informed, the only response was "... a veces pasan borrachos y se confunden...", "accidentalmemte puede ocurrir pero pasa hasta en los hoteles 5 estrellas"
"...sometimes they pass by drunk and get confused...", "accidentally it can happen but it happens even in 5-star hotels"
And surprisingly, they refused to consider any type of refund that was paid 100% prior to arrival.
