Incredible

I loved it! I chose the room with an ocean view and it has a kitchen, we were cooking our lunches, plus the service is very friendly and it has all the necessary services to make the stay very comfortable.

Town not ready for tourists - hotel isn't super pleasant for guests

Oh man.....this a tough review. I feel like this hotel is trying and some of the staff are great (Fabio, Rosa and the breakfast guy) but this is not a hotel which delivers unfortunately and it seems to be more of a Puerto Malbrigo thing.
People only come here to surf. The landscape is bleak, the town is unappealing and everything is a little bit sad here. It's like they tried to build a tourist town and ran out of money really quickly - then aliens invaded and everybody left.
The hotel is run down - nothing works and the rooms are sooooo basic. Small bed - no fridge - shonky furnishings. Coffee machine was broken in the restaurant so they didn't fix it but left the signs up as if they could deliver on coffee. laundry (super expensive) came back wet and a day late. We left 3 days earlier than planned. My husband loved surfing the fun wave but it was harder to hire a decent board and organise a boat than we thought and it seems that this town is just not ready for tourists although they charge as if it's fancy.

Relaxing

Very nice atmosphere just suggest varying breakfast could offer palta something vegetable not only scrambled egg, could be omelettes with vegetables or olive sandwich.

Horrible

My experience in this hotel was horrible, my bathroom sink was overflowing with sewage , no joking and the hotel crew acting like was nothing and they never changed my room and kept the charges , all kind bugs running around and they were charging me things from other people room , I’m now trying to dispute the charges

The perfect place to disconnect

The staff is very attentive, the view is spectacular, you feel a unique vibe in the environment; The food is delicious, I recommend it. I ordered a lomo saltado and it was juicy, with a very nice presentation.
