Very nice place

I had a very long layover at Paraguay and decided to go to a hotel to get some rest. This hotel is very close to the airport, the room was clean and comfortable, it has a little restaurant inside and the food was great. The ladies that work here were also very nice and friendly. If I ever have to go back to Paraguay and need to stay close to the airport, I will come back here. Also, they have a lady that can drive you to the airport. Great service.

Scam and misrepresentations

As a transit hotel it is near to the airport, but the benefits stop here.
- it is NOT an international 4 star standard as they brand themselves, it's much closer to an AirBnB or international 2 star standard
- airport transfers are not free contrary to what they state, they quoted 5 USD each way
- they miscommunicated the cost of taking a shower - initially said it was 2 USD but ended up charging 20 USD and it was entirely their fault for the miscommunication but acted thuggish and refused to let me leave despite the fault being theirs
All in would not recommend for the price paid and the misrepresentations they make about there quality and service.

HORROR

The worst hotel I've been to in my life, the room we booked couldn't be opened, they gave us another one that was super dirty, full of dust, the pool was brown and dirty, they charge the price of good hotels in Asunción and for breakfast they give you a coffee with mixed, we went to a wedding and when we came back there was no parking, the morning receptionist, a super rude boy, did not identify himself as a hotel employee, he arrogantly asked us to leave the car on the street and when there was space he would I would put the car in, I had an argument with him (he even pushed me) and he wanted to leave me outside with all our things in the room, get out of here, the next day I made the claim (I have shown the video because I recorded it) and they did not apologize, they wanted to justify the receptionist's actions, I have traveled to many places and countries and without a doubt the worst hotel I have ever visited in my life, do not go there for anything in the world

Awesome, hotel muy bonito

Hotel is close to the airport, great service, food, attention to detail in all amenities.
Hotel cerca del aeropuerto de Paraguay, muy buen servicio, amenidades y atencion a los detalles.
Highly recommended for a good price and convenience.

The best place ever

We arrive late night or maybe to early... The staff has a good actitud, even the owner was all the time with a smile, everybody can explain fast and clear about the area (turist spot, taxi or bus transpotation) You can find a small coffee shop wish is perfect to sit and work a bit. And the best part is they are close to the airport, so for us work perfectly fine. Thanks for everything we wil go back to this amazing spot. Best food, best honey and hospitality.
