The Best of Bocas!

The owner (Robert and his wife Maile) contacted us immediately after booking with helpful instructions, which made us feel very welcome.
Upon arrival into Bocas del Toro, Robert’s helpful boat aide (Rodolfo) picked us up and escorted us to the premises with a beautiful ride on the water.
We were upgraded free of charge and the villa was absolutely incredible - amazing views, spacious, clean and furnished to a high standard.
Robert gave us a guided tour of the grounds and WiFi is strong throughout, then at dinner we were blown away by away with the sublime food in our 3-course meals.
I would highly recommend this stay!

Home away from home
Traveling with family made it even more meaningful. Mornings began unhurried, with soft light spilling across the room and the gentle anticipation of breakfast waiting for us. Those breakfasts quickly became a daily ritual—fresh, vibrant, and impossibly refined. Tropical fruits at their peak, delicate pastries, perfectly brewed coffee—simple things, elevated to something memorable.
The food throughout the week was nothing short of extraordinary. Each meal felt like a celebration of flavor and craftsmanship. Even the most familiar dishes were reimagined with elegance, presented beautifully and prepared with precision. Dinner, especially, became an experience we looked forward to all day—long conversations over thoughtfully paired courses, where every bite told its own story.
Days drifted by in the most effortless way. We moved between moments of complete relaxation and quiet exploration—lounging by the pool under endless blue skies, wandering through serene spaces, and finding joy in simply being together without distraction. Time seemed to stretch, allowing us to fully settle into each moment.
What made the experience truly luxurious, though, wasn’t just the setting—it was the feeling. The calm, the privacy, the way everything seemed to anticipate your needs without ever feeling intrusive. It created space for connection, for laughter, for those small, meaningful moments that often get lost in everyday life.
Evenings carried their own kind of magic. The air softened, conversations deepened, and everything felt just a little more still. Sitting together after dinner, surrounded by beauty and comfort, there was a quiet awareness that these were the moments that would stay with us long after the trip ended.
Six Pillars Resort gave us more than a vacation—it gave us time. Time to reconnect, to slow down, and to truly enjoy each other’s presence in a setting that felt effortlessly elegant.
A week later, we left feeling rested, inspired, and deeply grateful—for the place, the experience, and most of all, for the memories we created together.
