Visit to Fiora Murree

I visited Fiora Hotel Murree on 29 May 2026 with my family and overall had a very pleasant experience. The hotel environment was outstanding, fabulous, and well-maintained. The staff was generally very cooperative, professional, and well-trained.
I would especially like to appreciate Duty Manager Mr. Haris, who welcomed us very warmly and professionally. His courteous attitude and excellent hospitality made a very positive first impression and added great value to our visit.
However, during our dine-in experience, I noticed that the behavior of the serving staff member, Mr. Sami Ullah, was somewhat aggressive and showed a little attitude while dealing with customers. Although the food was good, I believe customer service plays a vital role in the overall dining experience. I hope the hotel management provides additional customer service training to help improve guest interactions.
Despite this concern, our overall experience was excellent, and I appreciate the hotel's efforts to maintain such a wonderful environment. I look forward to visiting again in the future.

BEWARE OF FIORA HOTEL

In June 2026, i reached out to FIORE HOTEL MURREE, PAKISTAN and made a reservation. They sent me their Bank Details (see screenshot) and I argued with them as they were unable to provide a legal invoice, they insisted that this is their normal procedure of payment. I followed up several times after making the transfer of the funds and they insisted they did not receive the money. In July when we arrived at the hotel, they made us pay again and said when the transfer was received they would return it. Its now been over 2 months and HDBC USA and Standard Bank Pakistan are adamant the funds have reached Fiora Hotels bank MEEZAN Bank.

Food cake

Never buy cakes from this hotel—they keep them for way too long. I bought a lotus cake, but it had no lotus flavor at all; the cake was stale, and the frosting had cracked. And they claim everything is fresh every day. I’m not a kid who’s never eaten cake before, and I’ve tried cakes in many different countries. Don’t lie to your customers.
