A very nice and comfy boutique hotel, close to the beach and restaurants. Ideal spot to spend some time exploring Muscat without the hassle of the obvious hotel chains and their buffet diners and breakfast. Personal attention and comfort is key here and on top of that a very nice swimming pool in the garden.

small hotel but very pleasant and personal atmosphere

It was a very pleasant hotel with a very personal atmosphere and a great start to our round trip in Oman. Breakfast with many homemade products could be had in the garden on the terrace or in front of the pool. Would love to book again and again.

Behly's Hotel is an amazing place, a hidden gem located in a very upscale residential neighbourhood and a two minute walk to the beach.
The staff are incredible, and will make you a breakfast that is second to none. The rooms are extremely quiet and pleasant. Behly's will be my go to hotel next time I am in Muscat.

Lovely property. Comfortable, clean rooms. Great breakfast. We had an overnight flight and arrived early and the owner accommodated an early check in. We had great stay and I highly recommend this property.

Perfect stay, welcoming atmosphere and valuable tips

We stayed for 4 nights as a family (two children aged 9 and 11) in a very spacious room with a beautiful view of the pool. The common areas are cozy and well-kept, with comfortable armchairs, guides, and maps of Oman available for guests.
All the staff were extremely kind. The owner suggested some visits off the typical tourist paths, which turned out to be truly interesting experiences. The children were welcomed with great kindness and respect, and they fondly remember the cats on the property, especially Simone, who will always have a place in their hearts.
The property is in a strategic location: very close to both the airport and the port from where excursions to the Daymaniyat Islands depart, and just a short walk from the sea, with a wide and almost deserted beach. The covered parking reserved for guests is also extremely convenient.
A stay we wholeheartedly recommend to anyone looking for genuine hospitality, comfort, and a family-friendly environment.
