Very good hotel close to Oslo Airport. Clean and practical rooms, friendly staff, excellent housekeeping, and a fantastic breakfast. I would happily stay here again.

Scandic is Scandic

Little mistake in protocol. The wardrobe is really boring actually. The hotel was still of the expected class with views from the room and typical good Scandic breakfast.
Park in Scandic's garage and not out.. outrageously expensive.
Minus for the gulls who waited for discerning guests who left food out or even fed the birds.

Ideal for early morning flights

Nice clean hotel close to airport which is ideal for earlier flights . There’s also a transfer bus from hotel to airport for a small fee that rubs regularly

So, the exterior of this hotel looks quite dated and in need of some love. I was worried I booked a not so nice hotel when I first saw it. But the interior is nice and the rooms are also nice. It’s obvious they have updated the interiors, so have no fear. I was only there one night, so I don’t know much else. But it ended up being not at all scary and a good value for the price!

Good location, short distance to the airport

Simple breakfast from 0400. Old dry bread, totally uneatable. Should have been able to heat some round pieces. The front desk said it was the same breakfast without hot food.
