Lutefisk team got a sudden ending
Collection at the bar first where I tried to order a glass of prosecco and a beer.
Had to buy a whole bottle of prosecco did not get to buy simple glasses with bubbles. All right, we should have fun.
Very young people in the bar and I got after a short time an impression of very inexperienced and little training of these young people.
We got a small and cold company room in the innermost part of the restaurant. We even put on a heat pump in there to get the heat up.
After a lot of counting, we agreed to get 20 servings of lutefish and one serving of pine meat. The food was presented and everything was good. We were told to write down how much drink we got on the way, it was good when it was much easier to make up pairs afterwards.
There came an expert in and explained we were going to get two types of akevit Berentsen and Gilde lutefisk, he showed nothing about what he showed up unfortunately (and he admitted that too)
When the food came on the table there was a great mood, good lutefish, sauce on hot plates and accessories actually tasted very good.
Scream to the cook and the kitchen.
But Berentsen akevitten tasted strangely, it was probably not akevit but one or another spicy liqueur thing.
We cost us and last and drank what we got. We had talks and simple table games.
Then one of the waiters came around again and asked if we wanted another serving of lutefish it was probably free, joohoo so good, some would like to have, but then they changed their mind the second round should cost half the first plate.
Someone wanted a rice strap, and coffee makers were put on a side table, we were going to have avec with bailys and cognac and the young waiters picked up orders.
The coffee came, the cream came but the avec didn’t come, finally a young waitress came and said we didn’t get any more alcohol because there was one in our team who was too drunk and they couldn’t serve us any more drinks. Collective punishment.
Nobody on the team was too drunk. The poor young waiters ended our whole party. Unfortunately, they had no clue what they were doing; they did as well as they could, and were polite and kind.
They had too little experience with the tasks they were assigned to and turned themselves out simply. Nor did any dialogue with the person they thought was too drunk.
The event stopped suddenly and everyone went and made up for themselves and left the hotel and wondered what had suddenly happened.
It is clear that the management of the hotel provides too poor training to these young staff who tried as well as they could, the hotel manager Liv Roth fails its staff and guests and owner of the hotel should clean up the sheep to get the Hummeren to resurrect as a well-run and cozy hotel again.
Greeting a disappointed guest

Cleaning in room are not up ho standard. Full of hair in shower from previous customer when arriving. Cleaning in restaurant is not good. Table are stil dirty from previous customer, they don't clean, just put a new tissue on. Next day table looks the same, as they have not cleaned from day before either.
Will use other hotels next time.
