Great!

Great location. Close to shopping, restaurants, nightlife, cinema. Nice sea view from the room. I recommend room 425. Great selection for breakfast. Nice helpful lady at the reception.

Dirty.

We had family rooms. The room was dirty and very dusty. The tables and the floor were not washed. Found also larvae towels. I've usually always been very happy with scandic, but this was very disappointing. Even the kids complained about dust and shit. The hotel was also under renovation, bad that they had not informed about this.

Fell short of my expectations

The hotel has no atmosphere to speak of. One would have anticipated a nice lounge and dining area overlooking the harbour as the hotel is on the harbour edge but this is not the case. The breakfast area is in the depths of the building. The corridors smell musty.
The rooms are very small and in my view barely adequate. On the positive side, the hotel is well situated and close to the ferry terminal. The staff are polite and helpful.
If travelling to Bodo again I would research different accommodation.

Kids, dog and parents were pleased!

Dog, children and adults had a nice stay and slept well. A short walk near the ferry/boat to Lofoten. Little feature for that breakfast was somewhat limited, possibly due to renovation.

Not solution-oriented receptionist

Arriving late at night and notified this.
Been met with a stressed and sentimentless receptionist who checked us in on single rooms, we had booked for two.
When I complained about this and asked why they don't have room I was told "because we don't have more" suitable frekt answer.
After some calls to the neighboring hotel we found out that there was a room available for us.
Not service set to fix the problem they have themselves made up
