Excellent boutique hotel

Stayed here on my business visit to Abuja in Jan 2020.
They have a range of rooms ... and highly recommended for business travelers. Good wifi and very courteous staff.
For vegetarians, the fingerchips are welcome!! (Limited options for vegetarians).

Overpriced Hotel.

Mosquitoes were struggling for space with me in the room and nothing was done after I complained twice. I asked for English breakfast, and they 'forgot' to add sausage. The boiled egg came partly cooked as part of the yoke spilled out when I opened it. They served me quaker oat meal and asked me to wait for them to go get sweetener in the store along the road.
Overall, their service is way below the price they charge.

Absolutely unfit to be a hospitality outfit. Avoid this place at all cost.

Checked in 3 colleagues and it was a disaster from the get go, The entire place was extremely noisy and untidy. Other colleagues were foreigners and didn't feel safe at the hotel due to all the activity around, they wanted to immediately check out, It took an effort to get them to settle in for the night. All guests complained facilities that the Had to check out next day and the ordeal continued. None of the staff are helpful and they guard access to the management of the property either due to fear or reprimand or just lack of proper standards or customer service procedures. Staff are not trained to handle or communicate to guests in a formal manner and everything was handled so informally. A particular staff called Christy is especially unhelpful and lies to you at every opportunity. A lawful and valid request or refund had been frustrated for over 6 months by this Christy and we have resolved to seek alternate ways to address the issue with the hotel. Please people, Save yourself the hassle as this place is unfit for business or leisure, staff are not hospitality trained, the facilities are dated and in urgent need of maintenance especially the bathrooms and service is sub par by all conceivable standards.

The hotel is cool just that the music in the corridor is super loud and annoying. I did not enjoy my stay because of that music !!!!

Interesting hotel

From the exterior to the reception area, this appears to be a very interesting hotel as it is so appealing.
The service here is not so great and requires attention. The wifi is not very fast. I ordered room service and had to wait for almost 1hour before I was served. I guess this was because the kitchen was busy at the time. The meal wasn't as expected. The fried fish was soggy and the fried rice wasn't great at all.
The bathroom shower didn't have enough pressure while I had my bath and the shower door was falling off causing water to leak even into the room.
Overall I don't think I got value for my money as there are cheaper hotels with higher level of service for less close by.
