It is a clean property, small rooms, it is hard to control ware temperature, it comes hot or cold after you set your temperature. Nice breakfast. It should be $70 per night, for what they offer. Aand because of the town. I think

Parking area, it's frustrating comeback to the hotel in the evening and there is not parking space available.

Chair desk was horrendous with dirty big spots.
Bathroom was small, dark and old.

The room was small but clean. Security guards were excellent. The included breakfast was very good. The first morning it was served in our room. The second morning it was in a conference room that was occupied with a group the previous morning

Seemed to be undergoing a renovation process. The room we stayed in was nice but renovations were taking place on our floor, which meant noise and occasional water outage. It would have been nice to be notified about this beforehand. Great breakfast though. Helpful staff.
