Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of NZD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. PASSPORT REQUIRED FOR ENTRY. On arrival we need to see passports for each guest checking in as well as a valid credit card in the name of the person who made the booking.
