Excellent

Great Hotel , good service and no noise.
Very nice breakfast room.
elevator available.
The Hotel has a restaurant and Bar, where you can eat well.
I slept in the front but could sleep well without noise.
Good price, quality.
I would book so again really recommended and within walking distance of the train station and the Limburg museum across the street.

Weekendje Venlo

Hotel has a good location near the center and the station. Parking is possible at Q-Park Arsenal, for example, a 5-minute walk away. Simple somewhat outdated rooms. The necessary is provided, but no extras such as a mirror in the room or a hairdryer. Expect in itself with the low room rates and fine for a short stay.. Beds are not that comfortable. Breakfast is fine and the staff very friendly. Dining room has a special decoration. Unfortunately, a group of women had had a bachelorette party so that when they returned to the hotel the night's sleep was completely disturbed.

Unfriendly staff ever seen in NL

This is the worst service I have ever seen. My wife was rush to visit a toilet and ready to pay for it, the receptionist was very bad attitude and giving completely ridiculous answer "we are too full”. Full of what? Toilet? Never seen such a service in the Netherlands. Shame on you !

Miserable (relative to the room)

The offered room for 90 euros was really an imposition. You can still live with the size, but the beds probably received guests 20 years ago. Totally sagged mattresses, shabby blanket, misalignment when turned over in bed (slopes to one side). There were still remnants of paper towels of the previous guests in the closet that had been roomed together. Remote control TV was found by random search under the bed. Shower drain totally rusted. Window curtains have certainly already had visits from hundreds of moths (holes). In high outside temperatures, an overnight stay becomes a pain. Breakfast was extensive and good. Service friendly.

Very satisfied

Recommend. Breakfast was delicious. Service was great. Cozy. Rooms are not new (which you know from the start, of course) but clean and warm. Beds are very comfortable and cozy. TV in the room works
