The hotel can be reached via several buses from the city centre. A medium-sized supermarket (Hoogviet) is within 3-5 minute walking distance from the hotel. The room is very spacious, clean, and well maintained. The kitchen included in the room is a blessing.

For me never again

Parking costs 23€ per night, prefab breakfast 18€ from 07:30 will be delivered. No TV, only youtube or netflix if you have a subscription. Towels are only changed after 4 days, fortunately there is a supermarket within walking distance. The “bathroom” is helpable because everything is on 2m2 and the shower tray is also flooded and everything is wet.
Very nice young lady at the reception who was very helpful ( Grazie mille ).

To offer poor facilities that are not there.

Very poor the facilities they offer and have on different sites are incorrect. They have no air conditioning the rooms are way too hot even above 30 degrees. If you constantly answer the reception they refer to the management but the are not reachable. There is also no bar at all and no restaurant.
If you want to have breakfast with you order online the day before and it will be delivered to the hotel. Overall very bad and way too expensive. I don't understand why this is allowed to offer things that don't exist.

It was fine. Nothing great but nothing bad.
We couldn’t check in on the self check-in - but luckily the reception was staffed then (indoor think it’s staffed always). Bathroom seemed a bit like a train-bathroom due to the choice of flooring and wall covers.
We only stayed on night and didn’t need anything other than a place to sleep- to which this place was fine.

Very comfortable stay for our family of four. Easy check in, comfy beds, kitchen well-stocked with plates, pans, etc., easy bike ride into central Utrecht. We stayed for five days and enjoyed it greatly!
