303 is a fantastic room with a nice balcony. First time ever we had a grammophone and some LPs in a hotel room. Funny, even if the sound was terrible. Breakfast absolute ok. Location good. Young enthuastic staff.
But the elevator was out of order and the stairs up a real challenge. The ice machine was also out of order. There are absolute things to improve but we loved the hotel a lot.

Everything was average, except for the price, which was high.

Room too small, with little space left around the bed.
Unattractive bathroom with little space for personal belongings, no makeup mirror, and water leaking from the shower.
No elevator to the upper floor, basic breakfast, poor value for money.

A reasonable stay for the price

5 of us came from the UK on a boys' weekend and wanted a fairly central hotel for a reasonable price.
This is a lovely hotel, rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable with free coffee and tea.
Service throughout was excellent, friendly and efficient from reception through to the bar.
Slight minuses..the shower in my room had no lip so I could not avoid flooding the bathroom! Like so many hotels now there is a glass door on the bathroom, not very private if friends are sharing! The main thing is there are 4 floors and no lift which we did not know.

the room was really big! bigger then i was anticipating actually, and it was nice and clean. the staff on reception were really helpful when i had questions or asked for more tea and sugar. i didn't have breakfast there but i did see other people eating and it did look good. the bed was a little on the firm side for my personal tastes, but that was ok.

Good for a night or two, but not the cleanest rooms. The shower had a squeegee/mop in it to clean the floor. Lobby and restaurant area smell like sewage.
