Absolute disaster: Avoid at all costs!
We booked an apartment for three people, but the entire experience was a nightmare. Despite a scheduled 2 PM check-in, we were forced to wait for two hours. When we finally got access, we were not given the room we booked, but a significantly smaller one.
The cleanliness was non-existent. It was disgustingly dirty. The toilet was covered in dark, yellow, and white stains, and the bedsheets were stained and full of holes.
Worst of all was the lack of security: the main building door downstairs is left wide open at all times, and during the night, people actually tried to break into our apartment. To make matters worse, our window was broken and could not be closed.
Booking.com was absolutely no help and refused to issue a refund, even though we had booked five nights. For our own safety, we left after just one night and paid for alternative accommodation. If you value your safety, your time, and your money, do not book this place.

Apart from the location, there is nothing positive to evaluate. Almost everything defective: Windows, bathroom door, lamp cable hangs from the ceiling, TV and more. Very dirty, disgusting bathroom ... Terrible place to stay ever. Shouldn't be rented out.

Downright bad
It's outdated and dirty. I can go really basic if I need to and need little, but this is really not worth its money despite the good location

Never book this! Please, for your good. Don't do that.
Incredible! Pure madness, if cleanliness should be a thing... shut me up about the safety of this building. Shouldn't be rented out sincerely. I mean it sincerely. Dirty! Dirty! Dangerous! Please never book this. Every euro is one too many.

Insecure accommodation
The hostel looks nothing like in the pictures. It’s very dirty and the reception looks like and old store that someone just uses as office. But at 1st I was fine with that because the person at the front desk was really nice. On my 1st night and only night I stay there a really weird women came inside the room, clearly a junkie carrying nothing but bags with alcohol. I tried to ignore it but I couldn’t fall asleep. It got worse when she start talking to herself and walking around the room. I feel extremely unsafe and left in the middle of the night to another hostel a bit more expensive but certainly safer.
I think they should keep in mind the safety of other guests and not accept every person who shows up. I did a non refundable reservation but I know the person responsible can still approve it for the rest of the nights. I am still fighting for it. (The hotel I work at would have done a refund immediately because there’s nothing more important as the guests safety).
