Great experience

We spent a few days in this extraordinary hotel. It's great. We also spent an evening at the Damianz restaurant. The multi-course menu is a fantastic experience, the service very accommodating, friendly and incredibly attentive. Always happy to.

Response after complaint.

We booked an overnight stay on Thursday 30 April.
In the review we were very positive about our stay. Unfortunately we have had some problems with the air conditioning in the room. Today, 8 May, we received a response that our complaint was justified. The technical service inspected the air conditioning and fixed the problem.
Nice that we have received a response about this! As indicated earlier, we would like to come back again.

This hotel is amazing! Thanks to its history, the hospitality, the quality from rooms and the excellent restaurant.
Breakfast is worthy of a large palace.

Have a great experience!

Very nice hotel. Fine experience, was until 2007 a real prison. Very nice corridor, very spacious room and everything very neat. When we crawled into bed a clear bag fell on the bed, after a search online we found out that they were sweets, referring to the balls of swallowers in prison the last few years. Funny little extra that aroused curiosity.
We will definitely be back here again!

Hartelijk dank voor uw leuke en uitgebreide review! Wat fijn om te lezen dat u zo genoten heeft van uw verblijf en dat zowel de historie van het gebouw als de ruime kamers en nette uitstraling in de smaak vielen.
Wat leuk om te lezen dat u ons knipoogje naar de bolletjesslikkers die hier vroeger verbleven, kon waarderen. Wij vinden het belangrijk dat het bijzondere gevangenisverhaal blijft voortleven binnen het hotel.
