Great stay

Great accommodation at Broeck Oudewater - modern, very clean, comfortable and stylish. Staff were friendly, professional and informative. Convenient parking which was free. Large dining area, we didn't have dinner there but had breakfast which was adequate. Would recommend anyone to stay here.

Top hotel with professional and friendly staff

What a lovely hotel!
Professional and friendly staff.
Clean rooms with lovely beds and beautiful renovated bathrooms.
Food at the restaurant was also good.
Breakfast very extensive and well cared for.

Lovely hotel, nice town absolutely recommended

A lovely hotel, friendly, clean, nice bed and nice shower. Oh yes nicely decorated and nice large outdoor terrace.
Due to my current health problems, we had a room downstairs, where a meal could be brought at no extra cost because my partner was at a concert and I have difficulty walking. By the way, I had the best pork belly with Hoin sauce. Really recommended to order.Very nice that the room had a patio door. The air conditioning also worked excellently, because unfortunately I often find that disappointing in other hotels.
Some tips for the hotel to get even better:
Good lamp at the bathroom mirror, the mood lighting is cozy, but not handy when making up. I think if you're going to tinker there, you're going to come out of the bathroom a pipo the clown.
Many young staff still lack hospitality skills. For example, chipped nail polish in the controls does not look fresh. You are a hostess after all. If someone asks you to get in, you'll walk with them.
Bringing a meal to the bedroom is very nice, it does feel uncomfortable when the person wants to have a nice conversation and pet the service dog while the dog clearly shows that he does not want to.

Location was great, staff was friendly and helpful, bed was very comfortable! This was spot was convenient for exploring this fascinating & historical town.

Spacious, comfortable and cozy hotel in historic Dutch town

very comfortable hotel with an excellent breakfast and good service. Lots of open areas, including at an outside terras for social gatherings. Spacious rooms with good beds.
