Lovely B&B that is definitely worth a visit.

This B&B was wonderful. The hostess, Christianne, went out of her way from the moment we arrived to make sure everything went smoothly and it did! We were upstairs, please note, there is a steep staircase for the upstairs rooms. It was no problem for us, but if you have mobility issues, you should notify the property in advance that you need a lower room. Our room was very nice, we had a separate living area which was well appointed and comfortable, a small kitchen area with fridge and microwave and a separate bedroom. We enjoyed tea in our room upon arrival. Enjoyed opening the windows at night and slept like babies in the fresh country air. The breakfast was delicious with fresh cooked to order eggs and bacon.
We will definitely return.

The apartment which we had was good and had everything we needed but the big surprise was the dinner we had in the "museumboerderij". Amazing! Especially the tour we got from our host.

Wedding and Reception

Attended the wedding of my daughter and her fiance here. Beautiful setting. Unfortunately it was raining for some of the day so the ceremony had to take place inside but it was beautiful here. I believe it was a former farm but is not partly a museum and also has guest rooms/apartments too. The food provided was excellent and as the weather improved somewhat we were able to eat outside under some gazebos. Barbecued meats and a lovely buffet spread. And delicious desserts (included a huge baked Alaska type thing.) My husband, other adult daughter, my sister and brother-in-law travelled from Scotland to be there. We were uncertain as to whether there would be food items to cater for one of us who is coeliac but arrangements had been put in place and several dishes were brought out separately for her. It is a lovely venue for a wedding and we really enjoyed it.
