We were offered a newly refurbished room for an extra 15 eu per night. The room was modest with no storage other than 6 hangers however it was very clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated and had coffee/ tea facilities.
The staff were mostly pleasant and the breakfast was average.
We went to try the restaurant but the head of the restaurant was extremely rude so much so that we had to leave from anger at his behaviour and go elsewhere. He later instructed the bar staff to close the bar when some German guests were becoming a bit loud instead of asking them to tone it down so once again we had to go elsewhere.
I have stayed at the Martini many times and hope to return again in the future but this member of staff left us with an unpleasant memory on this occasion

Another building right outside our window which stopped natiral light coming it and the decor was very dark also. It was a very cosy clean room however.

Rooms are terribly small and moldy in the bathrooms.

Nice picture on booking (not of the bathrooms). After we looked in the first room, quickly went back to the reception and asked for a new room. The bathroom was full of mold.
Unfortunately the 2nd room had the size of a wardrobe, so back to the reception. And the 3rd room was an okay room.
There was no mention of the renovations and there were no photos of the dirty mold bathrooms with dirty shower curtains.
The wine in the bar tastes good.

Nice and central

Super located, right in center. Parking at hotel absolute plus. Room 333 had a shower cabin like in a caravan, minus. Room 233 didn't have that
