Great discovery! Heel leukke ontdekking!!!

Great welcome by the owners, very original and friendly guest room. It is spacious and equipped with a microwave, a kettle, a coffee machine with pods, fridge, sink, plates, cutlery, cups and greens. There is a one person table and 2 chairs for eating. The bedding is very good. Shower, hand and dish soap available, as well as linen.
Very good bedding.
Not recommended for people with walking difficulties as there are 2 floors to go up via the stairs.
The beach is 15 minutes on foot, the sea 3 minutes, the center and restaurants are on site. Coffee doesn't bother you. The cuisine is also very good. There is a nice little terrace on the roof. The owners found a solution so that we could store our bikes safely at night. There are 2 bakeries, 1 butcher's shop and supermarket within a 10-minute walk.

Funny, sufficiently spacious rooms.

We had a wonderful night's sleep at the Belamypark in Vlissingen.
It was the pub where I partied as a student (and once even slept on the bar).
There was little to notice in the room.
You do hear some noise, but you are staying in a city center, that is part of it.
There is a Nespresso machine, kettle and microwave in the kitchenette. This is sufficient for us.

Cheap for local situation.seats not verry comfortable. Service reasonable. Because of the corona situation only service outside. They tried to make the best of IT. The cold weather and the lack of heathing didn't help.when paying they claimde to have no change

Déception

Nous nous sommes installés à une table extérieure, face à l'entrée. Un balais incessant de serveurs se déroulait sans que personne ne se soucie de prendre notre commande.. Après 10 grosses minutes, alors que toutes les autres tables étaient servies, j'ai interpellé un serveur afin d'avoir une carte. Une fois la commande prise, les boissons sont arrivées assez vite, et les plats n'ont pas trainé à arriver.
Durant cette attente, mon compagnon s'occupait à promener notre bébé de 11 mois car elle tient difficilement en place à ne rien faire. Nous nous sommes gentiment fait reprendre de volée par le serveur qui m'a dit en anglais "ce n'est pas un centre de loisirs ici, je dois vous demander de rester à votre table, c'est à cause du coronavirus". Ni plus. Ni moins. Je trouve cela un peu choquant!
Les plats étaient simples, pas mauvais mais pas raffinés non plus. Le service était très limite (il a déposé les couverts plic ploc sur la table, sans set, sans rien). Il a aussi fallu interpeller qqun pour avoir notre addition car personne ne faisait attention à nous. Certes la déco est sympa, cosy, mais pour le coup elle a été balayée d'un revers de mains par tout le reste! Les toilettes étaient dégoutantes, je trouve que ça a son importance aussi. Nous sommes déçus!

Gezellig terras

De bediening is ontzettend aardig. En je kunt heerlijk buiten zitten op een gezellig terras. Het interieur vind ik minder geslaagd. Voor mensen die van oude en donkere meubels houden zal het best enige charme hebben, maar mijn smaak is het niet. Maar dat is niet erg, want met vriendelijke bediening op het terras, mooi weer en een lekker drankje is het bij de Concurrent heel gezellig.
