A warm welcome.

Very nice hotel room with sea view.
Everything still looks new, and is spotless.
The location of the hotel is ideal, on the promenade.
You walk out, and you're on the beach!

We have felt very hospitable in a good hotel in every way on the boulevard overlooking the Wester Scheldt and every day a well catered breakfast on our balcony.

Beautiful hotel with sea view room right on the promenade.

What a lovely hotel, right on the promenade. You can park your car in the large car park just behind the hotel. You can enter the hotel through the back. Friendly welcome and friendly staff. Lovely beds. You get coffee and tea in the room and there is also a small fridge with bottles of water. Nice balcony and the room is decorated with care. The breakfast in the room was delicious. Absolutely worth repeating.

Room with beautiful sea view with terrace. TOP!

Recently renovated hotel. Rooms with sea view (facade) are TOP: terrace (no balcony) with 2 chairs and table / small fridge / efficient Wifi / friendly shower / separate toilet / bedding OK.
Possible to park around for 12 € per day. Container to store bicycles at night.
Frankly, what more can I ask for? I highly recommend it. Same price as the Zeevaartschool hotel with the same sea and sea views but the terrace makes all the difference.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please let us know your expected arrival time in advance. Check-in/check-out: Check-in is daily between 3 and 6 pm. From 6 pm onwards, check-in is only possible via the self-check-in kiosk. Reception is staffed daily from 9 am to 6 pm. Check-out is no later than 11 am. It is not possible to pay with €200 or €500 notes. Please note that this property can accommodate dogs but will not accommodate other types of pets. Please note that dogs are only allowed upon request and subject to approval. Additional charges may apply. The surcharge is 24,5 euros per dog per night. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per room. Bringing and charging e-bikes & bicycle storage: It is compulsory to inform our hotel in advance, if you are bringing e-bikes during your stay at our hotel. You must indicate this when booking or let us know by phone or email. There are strict rules about charging batteries (house rules) which must be followed.
