It was easy for me to find, being a first time visitor. The service was good and the dining was excellent,

Bad hotel for your money

Paid 90 euros for 2 people. With terrace,
Terrace was nowhere to be seen. I also paid extra for canceling up to 12 or 24 hours in advance, I think. Only this was not included in the booking afterwards and not that I paid extra for it, it was indicated as a price, but hey, I'm not the most difficult. So I walk into the room, which is barely possible because the door doesn't open properly. Immediately I see a dirty floor with only stains in the carpet.
The booking included a flat-screen TV, but this was a computer screen that was almost as big as my iPad.
Almost no channels worked because apparently there is no range in this farm hole.
Coffee and tea facilities were very poor, dirty and insufficient. And it came from the plus. Which I think is very cheap for a 3 star hotel.
Then I expect at least Nescafé.
I wouldn't even give Mark Rutte this hotel.
In response I am told that I have booked differently and that it is due to circumstances that I have written this review, which is scandalous.
In short, they say I'm lying.
I didn't say anything about this because I was leaving in a hurry and didn't feel like having a long conversation, which has nothing to do with the fact that it would be fine according to the gentleman and the coffee cups did indeed have the plus brand on them.
So strange that they say I'm lying, they don't want their reputation to get worse

Never again

Rooms simple, fine for 1 night. No heating in the bathroom, it was very cold. We had to move the coffee maker to use it, they didn't think about it.
Chose this hotel also because of the restaurant, the kitchen turned out to be closed. Without passing this on to the guests, this is also not on the internet. Had coffee and had a cookie that was way out of date. This was reported but without an appropriate solution. We won't come here again!
It would have been nicer that a paying customer is informed when booking that the kitchen is not available!

what a nice hotel

In Elp we found the Koekoekshof. A small hotel with a very driven owner who is passionate about the business. He only had the hotel for a few years and can enjoy his passion here. Everything is neatly taken care of. Upon arrival we could quietly drink a cup of good coffee with a delicious piece of cake. The room, accessible from outside, was neat and the beds were good and the Wifi was quick. We just couldn't find the small button on the coffee machine and needed help. (so quick) The wet room was a bit dated, but clean. Renovation is planned. The breakfast was well prepared. Finally delicious fresh orange juice again. All in all, a good choice that turned out very well and also for a reasonable price.
