Top night at Eeerhof restaurant

Dinner with my wife, brother and sister-in-law at Eeserhof. In a word, great. Delicious food, meals well served. My sister-in-law who eats vegetarian was also pleased with her choice. Friendly attentive service. Highly recommended.

Quiet neighborhood

Nice hotel with great restaurant. Spacious rooms. Good breakfast. Good base for getting acquainted with Drenthe (the numerous dolmens - Hunebedcentrum Borger - Kamp Westerbork ). Good cuisine and friendly staff. Unfortunately there were renovation works underway when we were there. Otherwise, it's neat. Also very spacious parking

Welcoming

It is not our habit to go to the same destination twice for a short holiday.
However, after a very positive 5-day package last year to the Eeserhof we decided in September
book the 5-day package again. Again we have enjoyed every day the Welcoming and the
well-maintained menus. We could never have imagined that we would most likely add a Third Party.

Raw chicken

We had lunch in the Eeserhof and chose the chicken satay with fries and salad. The plate looked beautifully made up but the chicken was still red inside. It was immediately returned to the kitchen. After a long wait, another beautifully laid out plate arrived. The chicken was not red but not quite cooked, a bit glassy. The fries were excellent and the salad was delicious, but we did not eat the chicken. It's too bad.
