Very welcoming staff. There are steep stairs at the entrance but our bags were carried up for us. Good location for exploring central Amsterdam. Great Italian restaurant on the corner and a supermarket nearby.

Lovely hotel with great location, the only negative was the size of the room and the stairs are very steep but I would still recommend the hotel and I will be returning next year too 😊✌️

It was a clean bed to lay our heads just for the night which is all we needed. Issues with card machine to pay when we checked in. Tepid shower. No tv. But we slept and felt safe.

I was disappointed. The location was great, but the high, steep, narrow stairs, very small room, lack of amenities, and front desk not open 24 hours were not. The bed was uncomfortable and pillows were flat. I was glad I was only staying there one day before moving to a better hotel nearby. It was not a pleasant experience.
