good hotel in great location

I would say it is a good hotel, average of 3 stars. Good breakfast lacks nothing between sweet and savory. The location of the hotel is great a stone's throw from the historic center very convenient to get around Amsterdam on foot. The small room is too small, with the essentials, I highly recommend taking a standard.

The hotel when you walk in looks like a library including a reading are with many available books, The staff was very helpful with my bags. The breakfast was very good with one major problem, it is not easy for guests with ability issues The breakfast room is at the top of long steep staircase.
I chose this hotel due to the location which was very close to the Oosterdok where people taking a bike and barge trip will leave from.

Nice quaint little hotel. Convenient location and helpful staff. The room had everything I needed and I was thankful for the fan in the room too.

Very nice people, the front desk people helped us providing early check in to drop off our luggage so that was great!! Excellent location and free coffee all the time.
